Ms. McCann has over 20 years of real estate industry experience including strategy and product development, fundraising, acquisitions, and investment banking. She is currently a Senior Managing Director with Rockwood Capital where leads Capital & Client Strategies and the ESG program. Ms. McCann serves various committees including Strategy & Research, Valuation, and Allocation along with chairing the ESG Committee. Prior to joining Rockwood Capital, Ms. McCann was a Managing Director with USAA Real Estate Company where she served as the product specialist for opportunistic and credit strategies. Her earlier experience includes a decade in the Deutsche Bank Securities Real Estate Investment Banking Group. Ms. McCann serves on the NYC Development Council for U.S. Soccer. She received an MBA from Columbia Business School and an AB from Brown University.
