With nearly 30 years of experience leading high-stakes discussions and driving organizational success, I have dedicated my career to helping leaders navigate complexity, streamline operations, and achieve measurable impact. As CEO of The Clearing, I am committed to equipping leaders with the strategies and tools to drive efficiency, strengthen national security, and advance mission-critical objectives.

I have advised and supported senior leaders across private technology companies, global financial institutions, and many federal agencies, including those in the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). I also have extended experience in the Department of Justice and the Federal Aviation Administration. My expertise lies in applying strategic approaches to operations design to address emerging threats.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Washington College and a Master of Arts in Whole Systems Design and Organizational Systems Renewal from Antioch University.
