Tania Mirchandani is the VP of Capital Markets at Clear Capital, LLC, where she is responsible for raising capital for Multifamily real estate investments across the United States. Mrs. Mirchandani also oversees the marketing function at Clear Capital. Including managing the company’s social media outreach, and overseeing the design and content of marketing materials.

Before joining Clear Capital, LLC, in 2021, Mrs. Mirchandani was the Director of Business Development at Kasa Properties. As the lead on Kasa’s acquisitions effort, Tania performed underwriting, market research, and due diligence of multifamily investments in Northern California. She also oversaw leasing operations and started the company’s third party property management business. Before Kasa Properties, Mrs. Mirchandani was a VP at Goldman Sachs in the Private Wealth Management Group where she lead a team that managed assets for high-net-worth individuals.

Mrs. Mirchandani received an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BS from the Walter A. Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
