Suzette guides the Indigo team in all aspects of asset oversight and management having spent over 30 years in leadership roles in the commercial real estate industry. She and the team focus on building enduring partnerships with asset-holding families and private real estate entities. Prior to launching Indigo, Suzette was President of Weissberg Corp., overseeing the company’s retail, office, multi-family and industrial portfolio for its investors. Suzette served as Vice President of Asset Management and Leasing for Spectrum Partners and spent 15 years in mall asset management as General Manager of Fashion Centre of Pentagon City with Simon Property Group, Dulles Town Center with Lerner Enterprises and Mazza Gallerie with City Center Retail Trust. She actively participates in industry organizations and mentoring programs and holds several professional designations. She was among the inaugural class of Certified Retail Property Executive (CRX) designees awarded by the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) in 2013 for executive leadership. She also holds a Real Property Administrator (RPA) certification from Building Owners and Managers Institute, and a Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) certification from ICSC. Throughout her career, Suzette has served in a variety of capacities for industry-related boards and institutions including past Commissioner of Economic Development (Arlington, VA), Board member of the Rosslyn Business Improvement District and past President and Board Member, Women in Retail Real Estate (WIRRE). Suzette holds a BPS in Organizational Leadership and Management from the College of Charleston and serves on its Alumni Association Board of Directors.
