Suzanne joined Barrett & Stokely in 2003 after receiving a B.S. from the Residential Property Management Program at Ball State University. She is a Certified Property Manager as designated by IREM, serves as Executive CPM® to uphold the AMO® designation at Barrett & Stokely, and also holds her Certified Apartment Manager credential as recognized by the National Apartment Association.

Suzanne Peperak, CPM® is Chief Operating Officer at Barrett & Stokely. She is responsible for establishing and implementing operational and growth strategies throughout the organization. This includes direct oversight of the company operations including Property Management, Marketing, Human Resources, and IT/Property Systems. While at Barrett & Stokely, she has successfully operated multifamily properties in all asset classes and with strategies aligned with new development and construction, value-add and reposition, and long-term investment holds.

Suzanne is a current Ball State University Residential Property Management Advisory Board Member and serves IREM national as Chair of Membership & Credentialing Committee. She is a Past President of IREM Indianapolis, and has chaired several committees for the IAA. In 2021, Suzanne was awarded the IREM Indianapolis Leadership award. She has also been awarded the IREM Indianapolis CPM® of the Year, Ball State University Miller College of Business Award of Achievement, NAA Designate of the Year, IAA Grace McFadden Manager of the Year, IAA Rick Stapp Regional Supervisor of the Year, and Ball State University Alumni Association Award of Merit.
