As Co-founder and President of CONTI, Stewart Hsu is passionate in his “integrator” role responsible for collaborating with a talented leadership team to ultimately make a positive impact for all stakeholders: investors, residents, team/employees, vendors and communities. He actively assists with acquisitions, asset management and investor relations.

Stewart has successfully executed over $1B in real estate transactions since 2003 and has invested in and managed multifamily property in Dallas & Houston since 2007. CONTI’s current multifamily portfolio consists of 8,000 units, all located in Texas, with a valuation in excess of $800M.

Stewart graduated Magna Cum Laude from Washington University with majors in Accounting and Finance. He started at Price Waterhouse as a Management Consultant and developed his project management expertise in Silicon Valley over a decade.

Stewart is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), Urban Land Institute (ULI) and is a Board Member of the National Multi Housing Council (NMHC). He is currently enrolled in Harvard Business School’s OPM program.
