Steve began his career with Bayley in 1985, joining the San Diego office as a Project Engineer. After being promoted to Project Manager in 1989, he moved to the Seattle office. Steve became Construction Manager in 1994, advanced to Vice President of Preconstruction & Estimating in 2007, then became President in 2012. Steve now serves as CEO of Bayley Construction. He earned a BS in Construction Engineering & Technology from Montana State University.

Steve enjoys all things outdoors — he is an avid runner, cyclist and has finished multiple Ironman triathlons.
