Stephen Siri is Co-Managing Principal of The Martin Group, a privately held real estate investment and development firm based in Oakland, CA. Founded in 1984, the firm has acquired, developed, and invested in over 24 million square feet of real estate. The Martin Group specializes in multifamily, student housing, and mixed-use projects across high-barrier-to-entry markets in California.

Mr. Siri oversees company operations, acquisitions, entitlements, development, and investments. He is passionate about creating high-quality, sustainable housing that enhances the communities The Martin Group serves.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Siri worked at CityView, a national real estate investment platform. He earned a B.S. in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California, where he won four NCAA Men’s Water Polo Championships. He is a member of ULI and currently serves on several nonprofit boards focused on homelessness, education, healthcare, and youth sports.
