Stephen Siri is Co-Managing Principal of The Martin Group, a family office and real estate investment firm located in Oakland, CA. Founded in 1984, the firm has acquired, developed, and invested in more than 24 million square feet. The firm specializes in multifamily, student housing, and mixed-use real estate projects throughout California.

The Martin Group invests and partners alongside institutions, family offices, RIAs, and high-net-worth individuals.

Prior to joining The Martin Group, he worked at CityView, a national housing investment platform. He earned his B.S. in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California, where he won four NCAA Men’s Water Polo Championships. He currently serves on several nonprofit boards.
