Stephanie began her multifamily career as a property manager in 2010, and has overseen performance for lease-up, stabilized, mixed-use, and repositioned properties as well as properties undergoing extensive renovations. Her areas of expertise include conducting market surveys, overseeing property integrations, developing and implementing resident satisfaction programs, creating financial reports, developing budgets, auditing lease files, overseeing revenue-collection and delinquency prevention initiatives, conducting due diligence, enhancing NOI through the implementation of revenue-generation and expense-saving programs, implementing policies and procedures, training and coaching associates, and conducting competitive property analyses. Prior to joining Avenue5, Stephanie held leadership roles at Greystar. She holds a Washington real estate license.
