Experienced Senior Vice President Operations with a demonstrated history of working in the real estate industry.

I am responsible for oversight of the property and corporate regional operations of our Greater Seattle and Western Washington Operations. I create strategy for growth at all properties within in the regional markets. Additionally, I lead strategic planning and quarterly and annual business reviews with the clients to maintain a strong business partnership. I analyze results and performance to target where Avenue5 people, products and services are most valuable to the client.

Currently, I oversee a portfolio of over 15,000 units ranging from class-A, high-rise urban core assets to garden-style, renovation or affordable assets across Western Washington. I believe that I have the pleasure of working with some of the brightest, most dynamic and experienced associates in the PNW. We deliver proof over promises every day and continue to empower our associates to put our people and our partnerships first.
