Stacey Johnson
Head of Leadership & Culture
Kraft Heinz
Throughout her professional career, Stacey has leveraged her strengths as a strong facilitator, an expert people connector and an exceptional project manager. In her current role as Head of Leadership & Culture at the Kraft Heinz Company, Stacey is responsible for ensuring all global employees have the leadership skills to thrive in our culture of ownership and meritocracy.
Energized by building programs from the ground up, Stacey joined Kraft Heinz in 2016 to establish the Company’s Diversity and Inclusion program. In 2016, Stacey worked with leaders from all levels of the Company to launch business resource groups to build community across all US employees. Taking on an expanded role in 2017 allowed Stacey to work with senior leaders to establish a company-wide leadership capability model. With this defined road map, Stacey was able to launch a 360 assessment, finalize a global e-learning curriculum and pilot a specialized leadership development program. She is looking forward to expanding on the foundations built in 2018!
Prior to joining the Kraft Heinz Company, Stacey worked for Teach For America, the national non-profit focused on ending educational inequity. For 10 years, Stacey worked in recruitment, learning & development and alumni affairs. During this time, Stacey developed her passion for staff-engagement and developed her craft as an adult facilitator, specializing in content-design, virtual learning and facilitation for adult-learners.
Stacey lives in Chicago, Illinois and enjoys running marathons, practicing yoga, and cheering on her favorite sports teams.
