Spencer Burton has 17 years of real estate investment and development experience, including seven in Latin America. He is currently based in Dallas, TX where he works as a Director for Northwestern Mutual’s $45 billion real estate portfolio. In his current role, Spencer assesses new acquisition, development, and debt opportunities for the company’s Dallas Field Office. His region includes North Texas, El Paso, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and the whole of Mexico. Spencer Burton holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs with an emphasis in economics from Florida State University and a Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate with a concentration in finance from Cornell University.
