As EVP of Development at BRIDGE Housing Corporation, Smitha Seshadri leads the organization’s real estate development activities in Northern California and the Portland Metro Area; she is also responsible for construction and design quality control standards, policies and procedures across the company’s development footprint from San Diego to Seattle. Smitha has over 20 years of experience directing all aspects of real estate development and has managed a variety of complex urban infill projects including masterplan developments, new construction, acquisition, rehab/re-syndication, public housing conversions and historic adaptive reuse projects in San Francisco, the larger Bay Area and the Portland-Metro region.

Ms. Seshadri holds an MBA from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business, and a master’s degree in architecture from Kansas State University. She served on the Board of Directors of the Non-Profit Housing Association of Northern  California and is currently on the Board of Satellite Affordable Housing Associates.
