Sheri Davis originates & underwrites loans for new construction, substantial rehabilitation, acquisition and refinance for multifamily and healthcare FHA-insured transactions. This also includes both affordable and market rate properties. Sheri received a BA in Mathematics from Huntingdon College and her Master’s degree in Mathematics/Education from The University of Alabama. She is a current CCIM Candidate and is actively involved in numerous industry associations, as well as, a Capital Club Member in the National Home Builders Association.
