As Vice President of Development, Shannon is primarily responsible for bringing new development opportunities to The Collier Companies and positioning TCC as a leading multi-family developer within the Class A market. Prior to joining TCC, Shannon spent 20 years in development in South Florida with a focus in Class A multifamily development throughout Florida. Shannon has completed the development of more than 10,000 garden and mid-rise residential properties throughout the state.

Shannon is from West Palm Beach, attended Florida Atlantic University (FAU), and now lives in Gainesville with her husband and youngest daughter.
