Shanna Dion is Vice President of Property Management, overseeing operations for Equity Residential’s 13,000 unit multi-family portfolio in the San Francisco Bay Area. She has over 17 years of industry experience having served in senior leadership positions for Equity in a variety of major markets across the country, including Boston, MA and Southern California. She also is a passionate philanthropist, having dedicated countless hours organizing and volunteering for housing oriented non-profits such as Christopher’s Haven in Boston and Year Up in San Francisco.
