As Assistant Vice President, Investments, Shane focuses on the sourcing of acquisition and development opportunities, underwriting and analysis of potential investments, and the successful capitalization of new projects.

Born and raised in the Los Angeles area, Shane attended Northeastern University in Boston, graduating with honors. Shane holds a BS in Business Administration, concentrating in Finance and Accounting.
