Shah oversees Fairstead’s national property management team and provides strategic leadership for the firm as a whole. Prior to joining Fairstead, Shah was a Senior Vice President at Related Management Company, where he supervised operations for more than 18,000 affordable housing units. Before that Shah served as Executive Vice President at Edgewood Management, responsible for a 32,000-unit portfolio, and in various roles with AIMCO, overseeing over 60,000 units across the United States.
