Sebastian Cohn is a Senior Project Manager and has been with AEA for 8 years. At AEA, Sebastian leads the SMUD Multifamily Program, facilitates research efforts, and provides project management and technical assistance in AEA’s other incentive programs.

Sebastian has been involved in the building health and energy efficiency field for 13 years, with the Indoor Environment group at Lawrence Berkeley National Lab and the Center for the Built Environment at UC Berkeley, in addition to his work at AEA. In addition to his work on multifamily efficiency and electrification programs he has experience with energy modeling, and has led AEA research efforts studying IAQ and indoor comfort.
