Sean has played a key role in the expansion of Grosvenor’s Structured Development Finance business since 2014.

Between Vancouver and Seattle, Sean has supported the development of over 1,400 units of rental and for-sale homes worth nearly $1.3bn.  Sean has expertise in both Canadian and United State equity and lending markets. In 2022, he expanded his market coverage to Toronto and Southern California.

Sean is actively involved with the Urban Land Institute of British Columbia (ULI BC) and was recently a member of the Executive Committee. He is also a ULI Etkins student mentor and a member of the UBC Real Estate Club Board of Advisors.
