Scott Wadler is a Managing Director in Berkadia’s Miami office, where he advises leading commercial real estate developers and owners across the Southeast on debt and equity strategies. With more than 15 years of capital markets experience, he has been involved in approximately $15 billion in project capitalizations over the course of his career.

Since joining Berkadia in late 2019, Scott has structured and executed more than 110 transactions totaling over $5 billion, including several landmark deals with individual transaction sizes exceeding $300 million. His work spans office, residential, retail, lodging, and land assets, with expertise in construction, permanent, and bridge financing.

Prior to Berkadia, Scott spent a decade as a Senior Director at HFF and began his career with Related Group of Florida and Fortune International, two of the largest residential developers in the state.
