Scott currently serves as the Managing Partner of FHM Properties, a Houston-based private partnership specializing in the acquisition, stabilization, and development of residential multifamily assets. He is also the founder of Atelier Capital Partners, a sister-company to FHM focused on the acquisition, renovation, and operation of retail and commercial investment properties.

Prior to real estate, Scott spent nearly 20 years as an acquisition finance underwriter and portfolio manager with various regional, national, and international banks specializing in the energy upstream and midstream sectors.
