Scott Koppelman

Mr. Koppelman is Executive Vice President – Development and started with AMLI in 1999. Based in Seattle, he is responsible for development activities in Seattle. Before moving to Seattle, he participated in AMLI’s development activities in various Midwest markets. Prior to joining AMLI, Mr. Koppelman was a city planner for Overland Park, KS, facilitating and regulating all aspects of new development. He received a B.S. in Community and Regional Planning from Iowa State University. He is a member of the ULI, ULI Northwest’s Multifamily Product Council, and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
