Scott is responsible for the planning, development, marketing and sales of Midwood’s west coast development pipeline and oversees the Los Angeles office. Prior to joining Midwood, he was a Managing Director, Development for CIM Group, where he recently helped oversee the extensive development pipeline in Los Angeles, and previously managed projects in New York and Miami including 432 Park, 100 Barclay and Mami Worldcenter. Prior to that, Scott was a Principal at Scott Hayner Designs and a Project Manager at David Lawrence Gray Architects. Scott received his MS in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Southern California.
