Scott Fradenburg has deep roots in the construction industry and comes to Cord Meyer from AvalonBay Communities Inc, which he joined in 2011. A veteran multifamily construction manager, Fradenburg oversaw multiple complex site developments and led the construction process of nearly 1,500 apartment homes throughout his tenure with AvalonBay.

Fradenburg has extensive multifamily construction knowledge with expertise in budgeting, scheduling, contract negotiations, project implementation, deployment, and leadership. His strong background in development, consultancy, and municipal collaboration helps ensure that Cord Meyer regularly meets every project milestone and deadline.
