Sarah Grise is responsible for the oversight of Midwood’s existing operating assets, including leasing, capital improvements, property management, investor reporting, and dispositions strategies. Prior to joining Midwood, Sarah was a Vice President of Asset Management at EMMES Asset Management from 2008 to 2020 where she was responsible for the management of operating assets throughout New York and New Jersey including the operating, leasing, financing, and dispositions strategies. Sarah began her real estate career at Eberhart Brothers, Inc. in 2006. Sarah graduated from Hofstra University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance & Investment from New York University. She is a member of REBNY, ULI, & NYPEN.
