Sarah Ashcroft

Ms. Ashcroft is a senior executive charged with spearheading development projects for Rockefeller Group in the Northeast. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the company’s current development projects throughout New York City, including 200 East 83rd Street, an 86-unit condominium project on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, and a 380-unit rental project in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Ms. Ashcroft has 20 years of commercial real estate experience, both in real estate and economic development. She spent four years as Senior Development Manager for Jonathan Rose Companies, leading the ground-up development of the 90-unit rental building The Pierrepont in Brooklyn Heights and the 650-unit mixed-use development in East Harlem, N.Y., Sendero Verde. Ms. Ashcroft has also been Vice President for the New York City Economic Development Corporation where she managed several large mixed-use development projects for the City of New York. Ms. Ashcroft earned her bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University and her master’s degree from New York University.
