Sanjeev Bhatia is the President of LME Investments. In this role, he oversees all aspects of LME’s investment process, from due diligence to property management to financing. Sanjeev is a full time multifamily real estate investor, who owns and manages a portfolio of apartment properties in Los Angeles County.

He has been investing in real estate for 20+years. He completed transactions involving vacant lots, agricultural land, and single family homes, before deciding to focus exclusively on value-add multifamily deals. Sanjeev has built an extensive network of realtors, contractors, and lenders. This allows him to purchase, renovate and refinance properties in a profitable, efficient manner. Sanjeev has closed dozens of transactions during his real estate career.

Before becoming a full-time investor, Sanjeev worked for 17 years in the corporate world, where he served as Operations Manager for a logistics and transporation company, which generated more than $25 million in annual revenue. Sanjeev was overseeing a team of dozens of employees and hundreds of independent contractors within just a few years.

Sanjeev lives with his beautiful wife and daughters in the South Bay. He’s a passionate fitness enthusiast, having completed the Los Angeles Marathon multiple times.
