Samantha Sax is Chief Marketing Officer, USA of Singapore-based Pontiac Land, a privately-held property developer, owner, and operator based in Singapore with more than fifty years of experience in luxury property development. Sax spearheads marketing, sales and interior design direction for the gracefully tapered, Jean Nouvel and Thierry Despont designed residential condominium 53 West 53. which rises above The Museum of Modern Art (MoMA). Additionally, Sax is working to expand the US portfolio for Pontiac Land and is a graduate of The School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University. Prior to her role at Pontiac Land, Sax served as Chief Marketing and Design Officer for Elad Group, one of the country’s leading real estate companies, overseeing a multi-billion dollar portfolio. She led all aspects of Elad Group’s dynamic sales and marketing operations and directed the interior design for many of their residential and mixed-use luxury properties.
