Sam McArthur is responsible for overseeing and leading the capitalization and financing efforts for all new developments and acquisitions across the company’s platform, growing and maintaining TRL’s relationships with lenders and investors, and running point on asset management for the firm. Prior to joining TRL, Sam worked at Highpoint Development and Nuveen Real Estate Investment Management where he was responsible for originating debt and equity across all major real estate asset classes. Sam is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a BS in Business Administration.
