Established relationships with multifamily brokers and lenders across the Southeast including Newmark Group, CBRE, Berkadia, Cushman & Wakefield, IPA, JLL and Capstone. Experienced in deal sourcing, underwriting, PSA negotiation, debt and equity structuring, capital budgeting and asset management. Also experienced in creating investment memos, LP investment decks and investor quarterlies based off financial reporting.
