As a Principal of Property Markets Group, Miami-native Ryan Shear is primarily responsible for general company operations, with a concentration on PMG’s Southeast portfolio.

Ryan was personally trained by PMG founder Kevin Maloney, and celebrated his 10-year anniversary with the firm in 2016. He currently manages a growing portfolio of over $4B worth of real estate assets.

The current developments Ryan oversees include Echo Aventura, Echo Brickell, Muse Residences in Sunny Isles, Sage Beach in Hollywood, Vice, a rental building in Downtown Miami, which are in various stages of development. In addition to these projects, Ryan also oversees the recently purchased parcel at 300 Biscayne Blvd, which will have a planned launch of early 2018, and Riverfront, a luxury rental project on one of the last remaining waterfront development sites in downtown Fort Lauderdale.

An alumnus of Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, Ryan graduated from the Goizueta School of Business with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Ryan joined PMG to assist with development, analysis, and management, and has since become a leading Principal at PMG.
