As Golub & Company’s Chief Investment Officer, Ryan Lovell shapes and leads our real estate investment strategy, guiding investments and strengthening joint venture relationships. He oversees the sourcing of new opportunities, builds and supports high-performing teams across acquisitions, capital markets, and development, and drives strategies to enhance Golub’s portfolio. Ryan also plays a key role in recommending and implementing financing strategies, sourcing debt and equity capital, and managing existing investments. His leadership is instrumental in advancing our mission and growing our portfolio. Before joining Golub, Ryan held roles at The John Buck Company, Tishman Speyer, and Citigroup. He earned his BBA from the SMU Cox School of Business and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
