Ryan Cummings has twenty years of multi-discipline construction experience and over 15 years of multifamily renovation/reposition experience. He has held positions as a Senior Estimator, Vice President of Operations, and now serves in a client facing role as the Vice President for Katerra Renovations Division. He has directly managed and/or negotiated projects in 35+ states in excess of $600 million dollars over his 15 years in the industry. He now works to develop National and Regional strategic account plans to grow new and existing client relationships leading to successful long term partnerships through communication, setting of project/portfolio specific expectations and deal points, and meeting the realistic needs of our clients, creating a mutually beneficial relationship with all Katerra Business Divisions. Ryan is a proud native of Houston, an alumnus of the University of Texas at Austin and a proud father of four.
