Rodrigo Conesa is the Co-founder and Managing Principal of Eagle Property Capital (EPC), as well as a member of the Company’s Investment Committee. He co-leads EPC’s strategic initiatives with a focus on portfolio and investment strategy, legal oversight, and corporate operations.

Rodrigo plays a central role in investment decision-making, structuring and designing investment vehicles, portfolio management, and compliance. He oversees all legal aspects of the Firm’s operations and transactions, ensuring alignment between EPC’s business objectives and the corresponding legal frameworks, while contributing to overall corporate governance and execution.

Prior to co-founding EPC, Rodrigo spent more than 20 years as a partner at Ritch Mueller y Nicolau S.C., a leading Mexican law firm. He holds a law degree from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City and an LL.M. from Columbia University in New York.
