Rodrigo Azpurua is the founder and CEO of Riviera Point Development Group a real estate development firm established in 2007. He’s a results driven professional with over 15 years experience in Real estate Development and Investment, financial structuring, governmental approvals, construction, procurement. Has been able to provide successful and consistent results by proving long and short-term financial goals and objectives executing commercial projects for an aggregate value of $250 million. He has a vast experience in international markets including South America, Europe and China.

Rodrigo provides leadership and direction to the firm and is active in acquisitions, development, capital markets activity and oversees all operations. And currently performing the vision of complete 10 Hotels in the next five years starting with a Radisson red in the Miami Airport Area.

Owner and president of the EB5-FMC Regional Center, LLC, s an organization designated by United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) since June 2015 to sponsor capital investment projects by syndicating foreign national investors seeking residency status in the US. It also provides a simple and effective method for obtaining U.S. Legal Resident Status for foreign investors and their immediate families.
