Rick Stoll began his career at a Milwaukee property management firm overseeing a fluctuating portfolio of more than (160) receivership and REO assets as well as a conventional commercial/ multifamily portfolio exceeding 1.3M square feet. He later oversaw the firm’s business development working on property management and asset planning to expand the firm by 2,000 multifamily units and approximately 2M square feet of commercial property. Following his departure, Rick moved to a prominent national acquisition company and private real estate fund manager where he oversaw acquisitions in the sun belt, middle America and Wisconsin.

In addition to his acquisition experience, Rick oversaw the firm’s fundraising efforts pertaining to Registered Investment Advisors, physicians, CPAs and trust & estate attorneys. During his time at the firm, Rick took part in three different funds, seeing fund growth from $50M to $250M of private investable capital. At Harmoniq, Rick leads the firm’s multifamily property to management division seeking to drive value for their multifamily investors.
