With more than three decades of leadership in real estate management, Richard Doetsch brings deep expertise across conventional and affordable housing, construction oversight, and complex financing structures. Before joining HVPG, he served as CEO of C&C Management, where he spearheaded growth of the L&M Development affiliate from 5,000 to 22,000 units. Prior to that, as President of WRMC Inc.—an affiliate of The Richman Group—he oversaw a nationwide portfolio expansion from 6,200 to 19,500 apartments.

Richard holds a B.S. from Marist College and an M.S. in Real Estate Investment & Asset Management from New York University. His track record of scaling portfolios, optimizing operations, and structuring innovative financing solutions has consistently driven value and sustainable growth.
