Epic Capital Funds
Rich Jarvis has built a career that thrives on overcoming challenges with successes spanning industries from farming and finance to real estate and innovation.
Rich is a seasoned entrepreneur and President of Epic Capital Funds. With 27 years in management and 21 years in finance—spanning roles as a lender, insurance broker, consultant, product manager, and real estate fund manager—he excels at navigating the real estate market alongside a skilled team. Since co-founding the ECW partnership in 2023 with Cedar and Sage Development and the Walsh Group, they have driven over $500 million in real estate developments across the Intermountain West. His real estate journey began in 2003 with his first rental property, evolving through extensive study, great mentorship, and hands-on experience in the financial services industry.
A U.S. patent holder for the Electronic Personal Record—a secure consumer data platform—Rich has also delivered $39 million in new business to a private lender, earned national recognition as a top-ten producer in his first year as a financial services consultant, and raised over $40 million as a fund manager since 2023. Raised on a farm in Meridian, Idaho, where he started a hay hauling business for dairy farmers, he later earned an M.B.A. from Boise State University on a Pathway to Innovation scholarship and an Executive Leadership certificate from Cornell University.
Inspired by his wife, Rebecca, their five children and two grandchildren, Rich balances his career with volunteering weekly at local church and youth programs and has served as the Togetherhood Committee Chairman for the YMCA. He currently serves on the board for the Good Samaritans League of America. In his free time, he enjoys waterskiing, snow skiing, hiking, cryptocurrency, and triathlons, having completed five Ironman 70.3 races and once placing second in his age group.
