Mr. Rivas is a Principal and Chief Executive Officer of AlliedOrion Group (“AOG”). AOG is avertically integrated multifamily real estate investment (development and acquisitions), construction, and property management firm(second largest in Houston) with approximately 25,000 units under third party management spanning from the Pacific Northwest to the Mid-Atlantic. AOG has over 35 years of multifamily expertise, during which time it has developed, acquired, or built more than 18,000 units with a value of approximately $2billion. Mr. Rivas joined AOGin 2001 and his currentresponsibilities include the strategic and operational growth of AOGalong with leading the executive team.

Mr. Rivas’ professional affiliations include being a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council, the Urban Land Institute, and the Houston Apartment Association. Mr. Rivas received with honors his Master of Science in Accountancy from the University of Houston and his Master of Business Administrationfrom the University of North Alabama. He is a also a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of North Alabama and was named All-Gulf South Conferencefor two consecutive years as a member of the men’s varsity tennis team. Mr. Rivas is currently a Board Member of New Hope Housing and Scenic Houston.
