As the Director of Corporate Real Estate at STV, Rhonda leads the development and management of the company’s commercial real estate portfolio. With over 16 years of experience in project management, Rhonda has successfully overseen multiple capital projects from pre-lease and planning to construction and move-in. Rhonda has a proven track record of developing comprehensive project schedules and budgets, negotiating contract documents, and overseeing the design process and construction activities.

Rhonda is also a LEED AP certified professional, demonstrating my commitment to sustainable and environmentally responsible practices in the built environment. Rhonda works closely with move management staff and senior project managers to ensure the smooth execution of projects and the satisfaction of our clients. Rhonda’s goal is to create innovative and functional office spaces that meet the changing needs of our end users and incorporate new design trends and technology.
