Ralph is the President and Founder of Inspired by Somerset Development. Throughout his 30+ year career, he has worked hands-on in every facet of the real estate development process, demonstrating a commitment to creating innovative communities. Nowhere is this more evident than the notable Bell Works redevelopments in Holmdel, NJ and Hoffman Estates, IL- the transformation of dormant, large-scale research facilities into thriving ‘Metroburbs’ that now serve as cultural hubs for their entire regions.

Ralph also has a proven track record of building transit-oriented developments, most notable for their human scale and walkable designs. Exemplified by Wesmont Station, a new urbanist community anchored by a new train station built in partnership with NJ Transit in Wood-Ridge, NJ and Somerset Station, where he is in the midst of a mixed-use development surrounding the Somerville train station. Ralph has also had a significant impact in many local communities through a variety of charitable organizations.
