Rafael Aregger is an accomplished investment professional with broad expertise in the field of alternative investments and investment management. In 2021, Rafael helped establish the North American Headquarters for Empira Group, a Switzerland-based real estate investment firm where he serves as Head of Investments US. Rafael leads the US team from the Miami office and plays a critical role in expanding the Company’s footprint within North America to best serve clients’ global needs. Under his leadership, the Empira team is developing two upscale multifamily projects in Miami, Florida, and another in Dallas, Texas. Empira Group is eyeing further expansion in fast-growing areas within the Sunbelt including Arizona, Florida, and Texas.
