Rachel Davidson is a Division President leading the shared services functions for Asset Living’s multifamily portfolio. During her 27+ year career in property management, she has worked on the operations side and in a corporate support capacity at companies such as Fairfield, Alliance and RPM Living, where she gained experience in both conventional and tax credit portfolios as well as stabilized, lease-up, and renovation buildings. At Asset Living, Rachel’s goals include streamlining operations and optimizing performance at all levels of the organization.

When Rachel is not working, she enjoys traveling, hiking, and hanging out with her three dogs. A fun fact about Rachel is that she wanted to be a wedding planner when she was younger.
