Rachel is a professional and dedicated leader with 24 years experience in property management. During her 24 year career she has worked on both the operations side and in a corporate support capacity. Rachel’s engaging personality and ability to translate her passion to those around her has resulted in exceptional results both as an operator and in her current role developing national strategy for Alliance. Her experience includes working with both conventional and tax credit portfolios as well as stabilized, lease-up and renovation buildings. Rachel is an effective motivator with a goal oriented drive for success and a proven track record for bringing under performing properties/departments to a higher standard of operation.
