Phil is responsible for sourcing, structuring and executing new acquisitions across Texas, as well as overseeing the strategy and implementation of Origin Multilytics℠, the firm’s proprietary machine learning and AI platform. Most recently, he served as an acquisitions senior associate, overseeing underwriting and due diligence, where he closed more than $500 million of multifamily and office assets. Prior to joining the Origin team, Phil began his career as a development associate at General Growth Properties.

Phil received a bachelor of science degree with a major in finance from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. Originally from Ohio, he lives in the Knox Henderson neighborhood of Dallas. Phil loves to travel, participate in sports leagues and cheer on the Cincinnati Reds and Bengals.
