Philippe Lapointe is the Chief Operating Officer of Lantower Residential and has led the company since its inception in 2014. He is responsible for the firm’s day-to-day operations in addition to overseeing the acquisition, development and financing of all Lantower Residential investments. Under Philippe’s leadership, Lantower Residential has acquired more than $1 billion of multifamily properties and has grown to a team of over 230 employees.

Prior to Lantower Residential, Philippe was the Executive Vice President of a Dallas-based investment company, where he oversaw the firm’s capital deployment and day-to-day operations in addition to establishing direction for the firm’s business planning and strategy.

Philippe holds a Law degree from Université Laval and a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD, and is fluent in English, French and Spanish. He is currently an active member of Young Presidents Organization (YPO), the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC) as well as the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and is based in Dallas, Texas.
