Philippe Lanier is Chief Executive at EastBanc Inc, a D.C.-based developer with 2M+ square feet of trophy office, luxury retail and residential assets in the greater D.C. region. EastBanc is the largest owner of retail space in D.C.’s sought-after Georgetown neighborhood with current and future tenants including Skims, Tesla, Google, Glossier, Aritzia and more.

At EastBanc, Philippe has been responsible for overseeing all company activities since 2009. Additionally, Philippe managed the growth and ultimate disposition in 2024 of its technology arm EastBanc Technologies. Prior to EastBanc, he spent seven years as an Equity Research Analyst at Lehman Brothers and Bank of America Securities and also worked as an Acquisitions Manager at the European Office of Prudential Real Estate Investors (PREI).
