Mr. Demeulenaere is a Vice President focused on the acquisition and asset management of equity and debt opportunities across all property types through Artemis’ core plus, value add and healthcare funds. Mr. Demeulenaere joined Artemis in June 2022 and is based in New York City.

Prior to Artemis, Mr. Demeulenaere worked as an associate on Apollo’s real estate equity team and as an investment banking analyst at Eastdil Secured.

Mr. Demeulenaere earned his BA in International Relations and History from Brown University.
