Peter Joerss joined PointOne Holdings in 2017, and is responsible for sourcing, evaluating and executing new investment opportunities. Peter has over 15 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, development and asset management, and has completed over $1 billion in multi-family transactions. Prior to joining PointOne, Peter worked for various private-equity real estate investment and advisory firms, managing portfolios across all asset classes. During his career, he has overseen the management of over 4.5 million square feet of commercial assets and 3,500 multi-family units, with a focus on value-add repositioning and redevelopment. Peter graduated from McGill University with a B.A. in Political Science and History, and holds an MBA in Finance from Fordham University.
