Pei Pei Mirabella, Senior Vice President, brings over 13 years of industry experience to the Bozzuto team. She is an expert in urban and suburban takeovers, lease-ups, mixed-use asset management, and pre-development planning. Pei Pei’s leadership has been instrumental in establishing Bozzuto’s reputation as a best in class operator in Chicago. Her current portfolio consists of over 7,200 units and nearly 122,000 square feet of retail in downtown Chicago and Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Prior to her promotion to Senior Vice President, Pei Pei served as a Regional Vice President overseeing operations in the Midwest and demonstrating her keen ability to build strong relationships with clients, assemble accomplished site teams, and mentor employees in new positions. Before relocating to Chicago in 2016, she served as a Regional Portfolio Manager and General Manager of urban core product in Washington, D.C. Prior to joining Bozzuto Management Company, Pei Pei was an award-winning onsite professional having worked for both Lincoln Property Management and Riverstone Residential Group (Greystar).

Pei Pei holds a B.A. in Economics and Architectural Studies from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut.
