Paul Edgeman is an experienced leader in marketing and technology. Throughout his time at Thrive, Paul has spearheaded initiatives leading to significant improvement in portfolio online reputation and brand presence for both Thrive and the communities we manage. His “Ops” team project manages property transitions and has pioneered a one-of-a-kind property transition strategy emphasizing zero downtime and day-one functionality, which is unheard of in the industry.

Paul’s attention to detail and pursuit of perfection in digital marketing, coupled with the drive to streamline processes, are key to his role overseeing marketing and information technology. Paul holds a B.A. in Political Theory from Western Washington University.
